This Biker Should Better Hold his Horses…

Even though motorcycles are meant to be driven on two wheels, some riders like to pull a wheelie now and then.

But as we all remember from our younger years of bicycle escapades, one small slip up and you risk painting the road with your very own body parts.

Something tells us that this rider's first words after his fall from grace was not 'did you get this on camera'…

BMW i Pedelec is a Foldable Electric Bicycle for the i3

There were plenty of things to see at the grand opening of the first dealership dedicated to the BMW i sub-brand on London’s Park Lane today including a new foldable electric bicycle named the i Pedelec (from the words Pedal Electric Cycle).

The compact bicycle with the lightweight frame made from aluminium and carbon fibre was designed to complement the upcoming i3 hatchback with BMW claiming that once folded, two of them can fit in the boot of the electric supermini.

Unsuspecting Motorcyclist Drives Through a Patch of Black Ice...

Driving a motorcycle -even more so a big and heavy tourer like the Victory Vision- on a mountain road demands your full attention as the slightest mistake or error in judgment can cost you dearly.

And one of the things you should always be alert about on a mountain road is black ice as you can find yourself slipping suddenly out of control like this motorcyclist that recorded his painful fall on a GoPro Hero HD helmet cam.

Motorcyclist on a Suzuki Hayabusa Turbo Tries to Outwit Cops

Before we give you as short description of what's going on here, let us note that like the video poster points out, we do not promote this kind behavior because aside from the obvious (um, that would be breaking the law...), you could end up hurting yourself and/or another person on the road.

The motorcyclist appearing in this video shot from inside a car on the highway, is said to be riding a very powerful and evidently, extremely fast, Suzuki Hayabusa Turbo.

Motorcyclist Caught Doing 193MPH (311km/h) on NY Highway…in the Rain!

Fast is a huge understatement in the case of 28 year-old Anthony Anderson of Poughkeepsie who was clocked by a State police trooper in upstate New York doing 193mph (311km/h) on his Suzuki motorcycle - in the rain!

The trooper told reporters that he spotted Anderson at around 8pm Wednesday while traveling in the southbound lanes of Interstate 87 and was able to inform nearby patrol officers who stopped him in the town of Rosendale.

Motorcyclist Comes too Fast Around the Corner and Rams a Parked Car

Going fast on narrow city or town roads is never a good idea, even more so when you are riding a motorcycle.

Video footage from a nearby security camera shows this biker speeding around the corner and not having enough space or time to stop before he hit a parked vehicle that flung him into the air and onto a building wall.

Close Call for Motorcyclist that Almost gets Sandwiched Between Two Vehicles

A motorcyclist found himself in a very tight and dangerous spot when he foolishly tried to pass between a Mazda3 sedan and a large truck.

In the process, the biker knocked down the car's passenger mirror and instead of pulling over to apologize, he took off without looking back. The Mazda3 driver caught up him in a move that was probably unnecessary and equally foolish. Go figure….

Hey, Don't Look at the Classics, Look at Me!

There is a showoff born every minute. Haplessly for this young lad who wanted to take some attention off a parade of classic and sports cars by performing a wheelie on his scooter bike, the stunt went wrong and he landed on his buttocks.

Despite the fail, he stood up and then carried on with a second wheelie. Some people never learn…

Head past the jump to watch the short clip.

Chinese Motorcyclist Attacks Cop with a Knife for Pulling Him Over!

No one likes being stopped on the road by a police officer for a traffic violation and while complaining or simply trying to justify your actions to avoid a ticket is part of the game, there is really no point in taking to the next level.

Try telling that to this motorcyclist, though. After a cop on foot pulled him over, the man on scooter blew a gasket and grabbed a large knife stacked in his bike and started chasing the officer! And all this on a busy street in broad daylight!

A Toyota Supra with 1,000 WHP, a Group of Motorcycles and a Cop

We are not aware of the laws in Sweden, but we have a hunch that the driver of the 1,000 wheel-horsepower, mid-1990s Toyota Supra and his motorcycle buddies featured in this video from Superretards broke at least a couple of them during their ride in the city of Västerås, located some 100km (~62miles) west of Stockholm.

No word on what happened after the police car appeared at the end of the short film. You can watch the two videos right past the jump.

Must Watch: Chuck Norris Approved Motorcycle Save

If we did not know better, we would say motorcycle rider Genki Hagata must have been wearing a blue t-shirt with a shielded S under his protective leather suite during the third round of the AMA event at the Infineon Raceway earlier this month.

At the qualifying session of the Supersport class, Hagata was moving his body from side to side when suddenly the bike starts to wobble badly and flings him up in the air. Honestly, you will not believe what happened next and how Hagata managed to save the ride.

Unmarked NYPD Police Car Chases and Pulls Over Bicyclist

We are not saying that police officers shouldn't pull over a bicyclist if the rider breaks the law, but it's really not that often that we see it happening, even more so on film.

According to the YouTube poster, the bicyclist ran through a red light at the intersection of 6th Avenue and West Houston Street and was caught by an unmarked New York Police Department Chevy Impala sedan.

The bicyclist is said to have received a US$270 (€208) fine. Head past the break to watch the video.

Audi to Exhibit Q3 Concepts and an e-Bike Prototype at the 2012 Wörthersee Tour

It is hard to believe, but somehow another year has rolled around since the last Wörthersee Tour.

The VW Group meeting of all meetings that brings together fans of the Audi, VW, Seat and Skoda brands will be held for the 31st time at lake Wörthersee in the southern Austrian state of Carinthia from May 16 to 19.

At this year's event, Audi plans to display three conceptual versions of the Q3 compact crossover along with its e-bike Wörthersee prototype.

Beginning with Audi's two-wheel proposal, the e-bike is a futuristic looking study sporting 26-inch wheels made from carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) that weigh only 600 grams (1.32 lbs) and an ultra-light carbon-fiber frame that tips the scales at an impressively low 1.600 grams (3.53 lbs).
