More things that caught my eye at the Temecula Rod Run 2012

 a late 1960's Ford 4x4 with a camper top used by a gem and rockhound in the late 60's and through the 1970's . Still equipped the way it was then.

 I dig the old clothes washer basket full of wood, and clamped to the back bumper. This truck has 5 gas tanks, one has a drain so the generator can be gassed up.




 1936 Henney Hearse, story just below... but it was found in a field in Alaska

1911 Cadillac at the Temecula Rod Run, not restored, just repaired and still getting driven regularly








 Selden patent on the left





reading the above is worth the time, the second owner bought it to deliver newspapers... in Beverly Hills, when he was 16 and kept it for 80 years, last driving it in 1969. His estate sold it and it only had 5,955 miles on it

Things that caught my eye at the 2012 T-Mec rod run












 This is an odd looking Alfa, I don't think it's factory. I've never seen the factory make something this clumsy looking. Commentor Uncle Frank says it's a VW bug kit car, with VW front beam
